We are writing today to inform you of new policies Absolute Total Care will be implementing effective on or after 7/1/2023.

Hemodialysis Modifier	Based on CMS guidelines, hemodialysis (CPT 90999) will be denied when the required modifier (G1-G6) is not present.	Medicare Marketplace
