Wellcare Prime by Absolute Total Care (Medicare-Medicaid Plan) patients can earn My Health Pays rewards by completing healthy activities, such as routine checkups and screenings. When your patients stay focused on their ongoing and preventive care, you receive the benefit of improving the health of your patients, which results in greater quality scores.

Qualifying Healthy Activities

  • Earn $20 by getting a Flu Vaccine
  • Earn $20 by getting a Breast Cancer Screening
  • Earn $20 by getting Ongoing Diabetes Care
  • Earn $20 by going to a Follow-Up Visit after Inpatient Hospitalization
  • Earn $20 by getting a Colon Cancer Screening

Redeeming Rewards

Reward dollars patients earn are added to a My Health Pays Visa® Prepaid Card. Your patients will receive their first card by mail after they earn their first reward.

They can use their My Health Pays Visa Prepaid Card to help pay for:

  • Utilities
  • Transportation
  • Telecommunications
  • Education
  • Rent

Or, they can use them to:

  • Shop at Walmart for everyday items**

**This card may not be used to buy alcohol, tobacco, or firearms products.

Ambetter from Absolute Total Care patients can earn My Health Pays rewards by completing healthy activities, such as eating right, moving more, saving smart, and living well. When your patients stay focused on their ongoing and preventive care, you receive the benefit of improving the health of your patients, which results in greater quality scores.

Redeeming Rewards

Reward points earned by members can be used to shop for items at the online My Health Pays® Rewards Store or they can be converted into dollars and spend on healthcare-related items. 

Rewards can be used to help pay for:

  • Healthcare-related costs, such as:
    • Monthly premium payments
    • Doctor copays*
    • Deductibles
    • Coinsurance
  • Monthly bills such as:
    • Utilities (gas, electric, water)
    • Telecommunications (cell phone bill)
    • Transportation, Education, Rent, Childcare

*My Health Pays® rewards cannot be used for pharmacy copays.
